BIG DAY OF BELT EXAMS
SATURDAY, 20th FEBRUARY 2010
Huge Black Belt exams were held at CKDMAC followed by the coloured belt testing. Testing for some of the Black Belts continued early on Sunday & concluded on Monday morning.
Congratulations go out to all who completed the exams. With SPECIAL congratulations going to Boosahboo Choi Hong Je who sat and passed his 4th Dan Choi Kwang-Do transfer, also Boosahbuhmnim Karleena O'Shea sitting for 2nd Dan Black Belt & Kyosahnim Simon Hawkin, Mitchell Benn, Malik Crujeiras, Shannon Perkins, Caitlyn Russo sitting for Black Belt.

2008 saw Master Bruce travelling the world attending, particpating and running training in places like England, Argentina, New Zealand (twice), Malaysia, Russia, U.S.A., and various locations in Australia. Master Bruce, Ms Preite & Mr Burton were also representing CHOI KWANG-DO Australia at National Martial Arts conferances with ZUMU, Educational Funding Company EFCA & MAP MARTIAL ARTS PROFESSIONALS /MAIA-USA. Master Bruce extends his thanks to Master Fari for the special recognition and respect given to him at the MAP conferance it was recieved with mutual respect - thank you. We went to learn, to compare & educate, mixing with some of the most respected martial artists within Australia and from overseas - ... we have even been asked to come back as speakers by both Zumu and EFCA - and Nov 2008 saw Master Bruce go to America to teach and run courses for instructors and school owners in Georgia and Michigan States.
